Privacy Policy

This policy covers prohear.store, the catalog of PROHEAR earmuffs, earbuds, ear pads and parts. You can open every page without an account, a sign-up form or a newsletter box: nothing is sold or collected here.

Visit counts

We keep totals of which pages are opened and when, so we know, for example, whether more people read the NRR guide than the kids guide. The totals carry no names, and we do not sell or share them.

If you write to us, your message stays with us while the question is open, and your address is used to answer you and for nothing else.

After a shopping button

A shopping button opens our retail partner in a new tab, with a code that shows the visit came from us. From that tab on, their privacy policy applies. Payment, delivery and returns are handled at checkout with our retail partner, not on this site.

Cookies

The store software sets a few cookies of its own: a session marker, the language and the currency you browse in. There are no advertising cookies here. Cookies set on our retail partner's site fall under their policy.

Children

We make earmuffs for kids, but the site is written for the adults who buy them. We do not knowingly collect anything from children, and there is nothing on the site for a child to fill in.
